INTAKE SESSION: $180/50 minute session
INDIVIDUAL SESSION: $165/45-50 minute session
COUPLES SESSION: $165/45-50 minute session
GROUP THERAPY: $60/90 minute session
CONSULTATION: Varies depending on the work
I currently see people online Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Right now my earliest appointment is 10:00 AM on most days and my latest individual and/or couples appointment is 5 PM, MTW.

I am willing to provide a superbill for those individuals who wish to file their sessions with their insurance company. Please keep in mind that in order for insurance to reimburse you for your sessions they require a diagnosis and may require information about the treatment that you are receiving.
Payment is due at the time of the session and may be made through Zelle (preferred) or by check when necessary. I no longer accept credit or debit cards.
When you make an appointment you are reserving a slot of time, so missed appointments or less than 24 hr notice cancellations are charged at full fee because I do not have a chance to fill the appointment. Twenty-four hour notice is required to cancel a session and avoid the full fee. With 24 hour notice I have time to fill the slot you are vacating.
If a client is in group, any missed session is charged at the full fee. I do, however, ask members to let me know if they will not be in attendance for any given meeting so that I will know and can pass that on to the group.
I will make every effort to return phone calls within 24 hours if they come in during normal business hours. If they come in after or on the weekend it will be the next business day before I return the call.
If calls become frequent I will charge based on my session rate.
